about

Hungarian jewellery designer living and working in the United Kingdom.
Graduated from Bucks New University in 2008 on Designed Metalwork and Jewellery course, after earlier education in Hungary in Metalwork and Jewellery which strongly influenced the nature of the designs.
This series of jewellery is based on the relationship and contrast between architecture and nature. The pieces are made from silver, precious stones and  felt. They are bigger than traditional jewellery. The use of natural soft felt creates the opportunity to explore the different ways of attaching two completely different materials: the hard, ridged and the soft, flexible. The details are functional elements finished of with precious stones and pearls.
Architecture is representing large scale and hard materials, which creates contrast with nature as soft, flexible and colourful. In the designs the human body acts as a landscape for the jewellery.
